Electronic Check-In Launch

This Sunday was an exciting day as we began using our electronic check-in. There were 2 common user errors that we noticed. Help us out this coming Sunday by doing the following:

1. Please make sure that the services listed for your child are correct BEFORE you hit the “check- in” button. If they are not correct, click the “change classes” button under your child’s name. It’s important that our rosters are correct.

2. Please wait an extra moment before taking your receipt. If you pull on the receipt before it is finishing printing it might jam the printer for the next person who uses it. Remember each time you check-in you should receive a name tag for each child to wear and a receipt which will be needed during pick-up.

Please make sure you are aware of some of the policy changes in regards to checking your child in. A quick overview can be found by clicking here. Visit the Check-In page to view the video tutorial we prepared. We are confident that viewing it will help make your check-in experience even easier.

If you encounter any difficulty checking in- please do not go to the children’s guest center (located next to the chapel) for assistance. It is likely they won’t be able to help you solve your issue, and more importantly we want our guests to have an excellent experience gettingour focusedattention while they are being helped. If you need help, you may visit the Early Childhood Counter in the purple hallway or the Elementary Help Desk in the blue hallway. Thanks for helping us in this way!
