Kids Promoting to Kindergarten

The transition for the Early Childhood Ministry into the Elementary ministry isBIGSTUFF for our kids because they are becoming BIG KIDS! We like to help them prepare for this transition and celebrate with them. Check out the opportunities below!

POWERHOUSE VISIT DAYS for INCOMING KINDERGARTEN STUDENTS

Our kids entering Kindergarten will have an opportunity to visit PowerHouse this month. We’ll visit PowerHouse during the 8:00 and 11:00 services on Sunday, August 16th and August 30th. Kids should report toroom E105 (the Red Fox room) and we’ll go upto PowerHouse together about 5 minutes after the service starts.Your child will also return toE105 for pick-up. PowerHouse visit days are a great opportunity to help ease the transition from the Early Childhood to the Elementary Ministry.

KINDERGARTEN PROMOTION PARTY, August 30th, 12:30-1:30 p.m.

The last Sunday before our kids promote into the Elementary area, we like to celebrate together at our Kindergarten Promotion Party. We’ll have pizza together in the cafeteriaand give your child an opportunity to tour their new Sunday School classroom and visit the PowerHouse room. You will have an opportunity to ask questions from our leaders in the children’s ministry area and meetyour child’s new Sunday School teachers.
