The Wild: Responsibility Week 2

June 12, 2010

Each week in The Wild we learnexciting new things that God wants to teach us. To help kids takehome and apply whatthey are learning we want to provideparents with some of the basics that we cover each week and also a few questions you can talk through with your kids in the car or during a meal sometime this week.

This Month’s Virtue: RESPONSIBILITY is showing you can be trusted with what is expected of you.

The Bottom Line: What in the world are you doing to us what God gave you?

Memory Verse: “Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much.” – Luke 16:10

This Week’s Bible Story:The parable of the talents – Matthew 25:14-29

Think About it Questions:

  1. Kid’s Question – Name 3 things you’re good at that God would want you to put to good use.
  2. Parent’s Question – Did you have a talent or skill as a kid that you wish you had put to better use?
