The Wild: Responsibility Week 3

June 19th, 2010

Each week in The Wild we learnexciting new things that God wants to teach us. To help kids takehome and apply whatthey are learning we want to provideparents with some of the basics that we cover each week and also a few questions you can talk through with your kids in the car or during a meal sometime this week.

This Month’s Virtue: RESPONSIBILITY is showing you can be trusted with what is expected of you.

The Bottom Line: What in the world are you doing to encourage others with your words?

Memory Verse: “Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much.” – Luke 16:10

This Week’s Bible Story:Our words matter – Ephesians 4:29

Think About it Questions:

  1. Kid’s Question – Who is your most encouraging friend?
  2. Parent’s Question – Do you know someone who always seems to have encouraging words for you?
