Volunteers Rock!

Volunteer Celebration 09

Friday Night we had a blast celebrating with all our WS volunteersALL that God has done through us this year! Volunteers serve in many roles at West Side; too many to name! But of course, I’m MOST thankful for our amazing children’s ministry volunteers. You give time, energy, and love on an ongoing basis so that our kids might begin to know our amazing God. You give them the greatest gift a person could ever give a child: Jesus!

So Friday night was just a small reflection of the gratuitude we feel for you.

Here’s some snapshots of the fun!

Great Job Volunteers!

To our Easter Morning Volunteers,

I wanted to first say THANK YOU so much for serving! You all did a great job arriving on time so that all of our rooms could be open and ready to greet kids! You deserve a standing ovation for your flexibility, care of our kids and readiness to meet the challenge of the day!

I thought you might like to hear some stats from the morning. The Early Childhood area had 305 people (kids and volunteers) involved in our area throughout the morning. In our Early Childhood area alone, I counted 42 guests signed in on our check-in rosters.

Thank you again. You are an important part of our team, and together we can serve God in far greater ways then we can alone.

Jessica Schildman

Early Childhood Ministry Director
